They did a review of the system and maintenance and said it was now working fine. The horrible staining persisted. We then had Kinetico come in, recommended by a neighbor. We found out the system was not working at all. They installed a new system for a decent price. It uses a good deal less salt. I have had no staining and the soft water is exceptional and does not taste salty at all. We had Robert come back a few weeks later and retest our water and it is perfect. After a month there is still no staining. Before it would stain within 3 days. We are extremely happy with this system, our salt use is minimal and there wonâ t be any maintenance for years."
