Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. "During the installation of a COMPLETE new roof late last year, the team severely damaged the recently installed gutter helmet (uninstalled, bent, unscrewed then nailed original gutters and helmet), thus voiding the lifetime warranty. The Roof is fine, but now we have 5 waterfalls around the house that are quickly damaging the perimeter. We are currently waiting for Mike's Home Improvement to correct the unfortunate situation. It is only fair to, at a minimum, repair the damaged gutters or replace with a comparable product, in a way that it can handle the high volumes of rain we are getting in the area. I will UPDATE this review as soon as the situation is resolved."

We were very impressed by the quality of the work. They worked with the county to get the permits and inspections completed and were very efficient. We felt like we got a superb quality deck for much less than other Northern Virginia contractors were charging. I am glad we chose to go with this family-owned business.
