Central A/C Service or Repair
Last year I had a service contract with them. They came to service system in spring and fall as per contract. No other problems with the system. This year I did not renew my contract. Had problem with the condensate pump. Was not working. Water on the floor of the basement. Called them Tuesday, they said they would try to get here, but it would probably be Wednesday. Fine. Wednesday came, I called them at 10 am, 1 pm, 4:30pm. Hung up on a job all day. Said Thursday morning. That came and went. Called at 10am, Hung up on a job. I went and got a pump myself. I had 3 back operations and I had to kneel on the concrete floor and bend over to replace this. Why I wanted them to do it. It's done now, and called to CANCEL the service call. I felt like they were just ignoring me. Gave me the runaround. Not reliable in my book.
