Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. "This was the second time that Dan Kirby worked on a paint job for me. Last year, he repainted the exterior of my house including re-glazing the windows. It was so well done that I think it helped to sell the house very quickly at a better than expected price. After I moved into my new residence, wallpaper needed to be removed from the kitchen and bath, including on the ceiling. Dan did an excellent job in the wallpaper removal and wall repair as well as the painting so that the walls look like new. Dan proved to once again be prompt in providing the estimate which was reasonable.
