They did an efficient and excellent job. My windows are sparkling inside and out. John and Jason are very professional and want their clients to be completely satisfied. I decided to leave most of my screens off and they gladly put them in my attic for me. They also do power washing and gutter cleaning. I will definitely be using J & A again.

I was really impressed start to finish. When I called to get an estimate thet answered immediately and we were able to do an estimate the same day. We scheduled an appointment about a week or two out. The day of service the crew arrived right on time. I received a text with about 30-45 minute lead and they got right to work. They made quick work of the gutters and even removed the old broken gutter guards. Then they made their way around the house and worked efficiently on that task as well. I was surprised at their thoroughness. I wasn't expecting the doors to be washed and they even gave the front porch a spray down because they, "didn't want me and the baby to slip" on the build up they found there. They even cleaned up afterwards putting the old guards neatly where I had requested they go. The house looks brand new, the windows are spotless, and I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate to go with J&A again and will recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. I am go glad to have found someone professional, reliable, and trustworthy.

They were fantastic. I will definitely have them clean my windows again. The only negative, and it is very petty on my end, is that they didn't wear booties to cover their shoes when they come in the house. Grass/leaves from the outside got tracked into the house.

John and his crew did a fantastic job. They were very professional, neat and thorough, ensuring each window was cleaned to perfection, including the bottom sills. They do a lot of work in our neighborhood and enjoy a good reputation. Pricing was very fair and we would definitely hire them back next year.

A few years ago we called John of J & A to clean our windows to save me the time. The results have been excellent and the windows look spectacular after he is done. We call on J & A twice a year now. In addition to being good at what he does, John is always responsive, prompt, very polite and respective in treating our home. He works with an assistant now who seems equally talented. We are happy with the work they do and the cost. My window washing tools are now just wall ornaments in the workshop.

Very well. Two windows were accidentally missed at first, but were caught when they came back to do the power washing. The fall looks a lot brighter through our windows now.
We had never used a window cleaner before, so had no idea what the price should be, and are congenitally frugal!
Cell phone coverage caused some communication problems, but nothing we could not overcome.
