We got no written estimate, and when the work was done, we found that things promised were not included. When the work was completed they demanded more money than the estimate, saying that they found they had to "scrape" more windows than they expected. The work was completed late in the day when it was too dark to inspect the work. Upon later inspection, we found at least one window that was not cleaned at all, and most of the others had debris in the corners. We expected the window frames to be cleaned per their verbal representation, but now they say they don't do that. We have made repeated phone calls, and sent photos of the shoddy work, but they have refused to return to look at the problems, or to provide any remediation. This has been a very bad experience.
