They went out of their way to take exceptional care of our home while doing the work...everything from how they closed doors to how they tarped the entire home from the front door to the room in the back of the house. 2. The quality of the work - the crew was meticulous about cleaning up the walls, ensuring all outlets were removed, mirrors removed, etc. 3. Communication - Wilber was very clear as to how long it would take, exactly how much paint we needed, etc. He checked in with us midway through the day to ensure we saw the first coat and how things were progressing. "Excellent -- Dan showed up as promised and worked diligently to complete the job. While he was here, we asked him to patch a few places inside that needed drywall repair. One of the days that he was here, the weather turned rainy, so he asked if we would like for him to paint the room that had the most drywall patch. The price was very reasonable and he had painted the major portion of our rooms on the first floor for us in August of 2014. He did a great job on that room as well. Every day that he was here, he quit in time to clean up all of the mess and put ladders and things away so we did not have any mess to clean up ourselves. Dan is the kind of guy that I would trust to be in our home without us being there. He and our dog got along great. The job was completed in May of 2018 despite all of the rainy days that we had in May. The work was excellent! He washed all of the areas that he was going to paint first. He caulked all of the joints in the trim and replaced some of the rotted wood in a few places. He removed the downspouts and cleaned the gutters while he was painting and then reinstalled the downspouts. Our trim looks beautiful! We have hired other painters over the years in other homes. Dan is absolutely the best one we have ever worked with!"

"Fantastic. Juan Carlos Cruz and his son were timely, very professional and had great attitudes. They told me the specific supplies that I needed to purchase for them to work this project. They plastered & painted the walls and ceilings in two bathrooms. They also painted both bath tubs. They installed linoleum in both bathrooms. It all looks great! For some reason when I went to Home Depot to purchase the linoleum, I had not given thought about the 12 ft wide linoleum being able to fit in my Ford Focus automobile. Juan and his son agreed to meet me at Home Depot the next morning, so that they could bring the linoleum to my condominium in their work van along with some additional supplies that I needed. I wish that I had done this sooner. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for another project."

"Quoted 1 price then pricing rises due to wood shortage beyond my control. Been trying to contact via phone and text about a leaking drain spout which was put on in 2 pieces vice 1 single piece which he sad they would replace due to the leak in the middle of the drain where pieces are connected, in addition to leaving old sod due to the digging and saying that it would be removed and seeding wherever the wood damaged the grass..none of these things were taken care of by them. When it came time to paint the path cover to match the siding he brought paint pallets I picked out the color in the pallet and it was 100% a different color. I took a piece of the siding to McCormick paint which they should have done and had to pay to get another 2 five gallons of paint.. I have been trying to reach Camilo via text and call to address the issues in addition they were to do an insection 2 months after and I'm getting no response. Its sad because the patio cover is quite nice but the lack of response is terrible."
