They went out of their way to take exceptional care of our home while doing the work...everything from how they closed doors to how they tarped the entire home from the front door to the room in the back of the house. 2. The quality of the work - the crew was meticulous about cleaning up the walls, ensuring all outlets were removed, mirrors removed, etc. 3. Communication - Wilber was very clear as to how long it would take, exactly how much paint we needed, etc. He checked in with us midway through the day to ensure we saw the first coat and how things were progressing. I would not hesitate to use Wilber Painting again"

They only missed a couple of small spots, which I consider much more than satisfactory. Their ad on Angie's List says they'll work till they're done. This is not actually what they expect to do. "I said I would use this company again and I did.  They are professional, personable and hard working.  They tried to limit the inconvenience to our family as the whole house was being painted.  The painting involved drywall patchwork, about 7 or 8 room colors and variations of trim/ceiling paint colors to match original colors.  Right before work started, I added on the popcorn ceiling removal and they were able to accommodate that request.  The owner kept me updated on the progress and expectations for the following day at the end of each work day.  Great reliable company and I will continue to use them!"
