Three things really stood out: 1. They went out of their way to take exceptional care of our home while doing the work...everything from how they closed doors to how they tarped the entire home from the front door to the room in the back of the house. 2. The quality of the work - the crew was meticulous about cleaning up the walls, ensuring all outlets were removed, mirrors removed, etc. 3. Communication - Wilber was very clear as to how long it would take, exactly how much paint we needed, etc. He checked in with us midway through the day to ensure we saw the first coat and how things were progressing. "I hired this company based on reviews from Angie's list.  My experience was a bit different than the A + rating they had.  The answered my call for a quote and arrived on time.  The communicated in Spanish about everything.  We all walked the house together and I pointed out everything that needed painting.  We had a discussion about the master bath, the last words I heard George senior tell me was "we can fix this".  They quoted me a price of $3400.00 and said if I got everything done at once, he would take $200.00 off.  I didn't get other quotes because I just moved in and time was a factor, so I can't really comment on price.  During the week, they dropped of a large paint sample thing to make may choices from.  They arrived early to start the two-day job, a Friday and a Saturday.  They finished the job on Saturday, as promised.  My master bath was not painted, the wood on the steps was not painted, they removed all the drapery hardware and it was tossed out apparently, they took a blind down in the master bedroom and I had to remind many times for them to fix it, they did with crazy glue.  The walls and ceiling are beautiful but the trim is horrible.  I am still painting over spots that were missed or the paint was wiped off when they cleaned the floors.  There was a quarter sized drop of paint on my maple dining room table.  There was a large spot of white trim paint on the colored wall in the hall, but worst of all I continue to clean small spots and areas where there is white paint on the oak floors. They did do me one favor and lift a TV back up above the fireplace that had been taken down for painting. They did leave all the extra paint in the basement, one bucket not closed and has a paint roller floating in it.  The worst thing was them teasing my dogs and getting them agitated and pushing each other towards them and laughing.  Overall, I don't think I had an "A" experience.  Unfortunately I would not recommend them or use them again.

"I was very happy with the professional interior paint job done in my house. The whole house was covered properly so that there were no spills or messes on my furniture or carpets. Painting lines at wall borders, trims, etc. were very clean, and you could tell there was extra care put into those areas. Work was completed in a timely manner, and in fact I was working under a very tight deadline, but that proved to be no issue to get the work done in time for me to meet my deadline, which was a giant relief for me. 

In terms of the special painting that I had completed on the house, I couldn't have been more impressed with the artistic ability of the painter. I had my column finished to look like marble, and I was amazed at how well it turned out, and how you could not even tell it wasn't truly marble. I absolutely loved how the gold foiling around my fireplace came out, it looked absolutely beautiful!! The craftsmanship of the painter was evident in the details and overall look. I am already thinking of what I can have him do next.

It was a pleasure to work with such a professional painting crew, and I couldn't have been any happier with the work that was completed. I would highly recommend this company for all of your painting needs.

"Replaced kitchen cabinets, installed new appliances and quartz countertops with tile backsplash, tore down and rebuilt attached family room, added island to kitchen, replaced flooring with hardwood and upgraded electrical in both rooms, new lighting in family room, refinished wood floors in all downstairs rooms, upgraded electrical service to 200A, ran new circuit to garage. Work began immediately after Thanksgiving and most work completed and appliances installed Dec 23rd just in time for holidays. Work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally, trash constantly removed, foreman was always available and immediately responsive during this time. We were required to purchase new appliances ourselves which they installed, which we preferred. 1/3 payment required upfront, 1/3 when work started and the remainder when work was substantially completed and rooms livable (their definition). The contract allowed 10% of that final payment to be held back until all work listed and priced in the contract was completed. Although that seemed to be a lot to pay before work was completed, I correctly believed they could be trusted to complete the work quickly and properly. When mistakes were made which occasionally happened (e.g. a light wouldn't turn off and the range hood wouldn't vent), they returned immediately to correct the problem. All the contractors and subcontractors were professional, polite and helpful."

"Excellent experience.  The estimate was very detailed, and more than competitive.  I had time constraints, that Mr Coulter and crew accommodated at no additional cost.  Since they painted the interior of the entire house, there was extensive wall preparation needed in several rooms (due to some very old wall paper removal), and their attention to detail ensured a consistent quality throughout the house.
I wanted the job done correctly--this was the right contractor. 
The crew was professional, clean, and very pleasant individuals to have in my home for a week.  They were extremely detailed -- the quality of work showed an impressive sense of pride.  They went through at the end of each day carefully looking for any flaws, drips, etc., immediately  correcting any issues (there might have been a drop or two -- they work meticulously to avoid mistakes).
Essentially, when they were done, my house looked amazing--better than expected.
I would use them again, and highly recommend them.

"Lemus Contracting was hired to repair drywall and a textured ceiling damaged from a major leak in my office, as well as two large fluorescent lights there were pulling away from the ceiling due to prior water damage, and another area of the ceiling that was damaged.  He replaced all the drywall, a large section of the ceiling and painted when the work was complete.  From the moment I contacted him, met him for the estimate to the completion of the job, Alex was professional and very considerate of my time and schedule.  Alex (owner) and his men showed up every day when scheduled and were always polite and cleaned up each evening before they left.  Alex did an amazing job and anyone walking into the office would never be able to tell there was ever any damage.  With his reasonable prices, and professional work ethic, I will absolutely use his services again."

"John came to give us an estimate and we were a little shocked by the price. This is by no means a cheap service because of the regulations they have to follow. He called us later and lowered his price to keep his crew working and we were very happy for someone that really wanted our business. They were very prompt on the day of the removal. They did everything we asked and left the house in better shape than when they arrived. They even removed some old carpet that was in the way. We were very satisfied with the job they did. The one thing that we were surprised by was the fact they did not take credit cards. We had not budgeted for a cash payment. I hope in the future they are more up front with customers about this. We would use them again.
