We are extremely happy with the work performed by FailSafe. The project was completed on time and within the quote provided. We added some additional work during the project and the still were able complete everything on time. Due to the work that was performed, we were not able to enter the house for several days, Frank provided us with a daily update, via email or text. When we could enter the house, Frank and Joseph, walked us thru what was completed, what was left to be done, and how the process worked to remove the mold. They were very nice and very professional. We would not hesitate to use their services again and are highly recommended! Thank you very much for the outstanding work.

You will never find people who care as much as them. They are very meticulous in the job they perform My basement is so great no mold no smell so very clean they took time and effort to make sure everything was done the way I wanted it to be done. They go the extra mile for you. Joe and Frank do a great job I highly recommend them.

Frank and Joe did a fantastic job mitigating the mold in our basement crawl space. It was a tough job, and they worked hard. There are lots of ways to try and remove mold. But if you donâ t do it rightâ ¦ most of them just seem to make the mold bloom more. The Failsafe team knew their stuff, and were able to mitigate and remove the deep set mold in our crawl space to look and smell like it was never there. They also worked with us to ensure it never comes back. They are very thorough and kept us well updated on their progress as they worked. Would highly recommend.

Failsafe did a fantastic job removing all the mold and partially encapsulating my large crawlspace. I had them treat the wood and install a dehumidifier, too. My crawlspace looks brand new and Iâ m confidant my home will be a healthy place to live for years to come.

Fail Safe men were thorough, kept the cost down as much as possible, and made daily reports of the work in progress, including photos. They explained the process and gave advice about keeping the mold away in the future. They were informative and very helpful. They were courteous and pleasant at all times. It was a difficult situation with a tenant who is allergic to this type of mold. It is a relief to have this done! I highly recommend Fail Safe LLC to anyone. Thank you, Fail Safe LLC! I can't say enough about Joe and Frank. They know their business. The mold problem was remediated quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Failsafe, they were neat, clean, and safe. The containment area was impressive with negative air pressure maintained to avoid spreading spores. This is a big job, with multiple aspects to repair the crack in the outside wall to prevent further issues. Failsafe accomplished its portion flawlessly. The mold and musty smell is gone.

Water Removal Recovery Service
We are stationed in Alaska, but own a home in Hampton, Virginia. We discovered an ongoing bathroom leak that caused a moisture issue and water damage. FailSafe was referred to us by a friend, and despite our being outside of their service location, they still agreed to service our issue. We had to coordinate with the renters of our house, and Joseph was prompt and on-time. The team was professional and nothing-but-courteous to our tenants. They got right to work. Joe took all the measurements, photos, work plan, and estimate, to send electronically for our review and signature. It made everything convenient, and they executed the work as promised with daily updates. We really appreciate the long distance coordination. Our house is on the water, so these sort of problems could likely rise again in the future. I will not hesitate to go with them again. Flexible, courteous, and highly recommended!

Wonderful Experience! Joseph from FailSafe arrived as promised. He used specialized equipment and an iPad to identify and locate our issue. It only took an hour to get us our estimate. We fixed a gutter issue that created a water problem in our wall. Joe offered solutions and we tried the least intrusive option. One note, he was professional, knowledgeableâ ¦. and did little, appreciated things like wearing shoe coverings. The technicians laid floor coverings and setup a containment area with equipment as discussed. We appreciated the focus on keeping air and surrounding areas cleanâ ¦.. great experience, good pricing and payment options. Everything was done by iPad regarding document signing and payment.
