Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. He came back later and also did the kitchen and some sheet rock repair and it just generally a very nice guy. He is very careful not to damage any possessions and will assist in moving things.
