"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

We are a family owned and operated business that has been in business for over 20 years. We truly care about each of our clients! Customer satisfaction is our #1 concern!

"Hired them to deep clean my mother's 1100 sq ft home. Services that were listed on deep clean were not done, such as vacuuming of upholstery, dusting wall decor, wiping down of all major appliances. Didn't touch an entire bookshelf. When I addressed the issue, I was told that my mother had expressed that she was on a budget and only wanted the major areas done. This was a complete untruth! Communication was terrible, when trying to get this rectified. Finally received a text that crew would be there at 10am the next day (whichwas an entire week later), but no one showed! When I called to ask why they no showed, I was told that no time was confirmed. Absolutely unprofessional!! I was given excuses about having call outs and it being a crazy morning. When you pay $150 an hour for a deep clean and get charged for an hour and a half, when four workers were only there for 1 hr and 10 minutes, that's a problem. Had to finally ask for a partial refund, which was credited to my card for $45."
