Well I go out there ever now and again, I find them similar to Lowe's they are little under staffed sometimes but they are competitive with Lowe's.

The quality of the work was great. I am very happy with the carpet and the work done. The two people that did the work very very professional and consulted me at every turn when they needed to clear something up. This was a plus for me as I find most just tend to guess what the customer wants. I would recommend this service.

My only complaint is they gave you the stereotypical time window when they would arrive. True to form they arrived at the last possible moment. This was only an issue because they deemed it a one day job and were in our house up until dinner time.

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous

Provided an estimate around $13,000. I thought that was absurd.

Technician dispatched was overheard by me asking someone on the phone to help him identify the compressor. I should have kicked him out of my house on the spot, but I thought that he was a representative of Home Depot, and let it go. He left without repairing the refrigerator. I later found out that he claimed that the compressor had burned out due to excessive pet hair (we have a few cats and one dog). First he doesn't know what the compressor is, and 20 minutes later he claims that it is burned out.
A week later, I called another technician, also through Home Depot, to come out. This technician took about 15 minutes to determine that the compressor switch was faulty. He replaced it on the spot and the refrigerator works great now.
The first technician was completely inept. Their company was secretive and not helpful at all. Home Depot refuses to honor their extended warranty that we bought from them.

I was looking for Bathroom Vanity for my bathroom remodelling project.
I checked it on the home depot site and there were two vanities in stock.
The staff were extremely helpful making sure I get the right vanity and also helped in loading it in my Van.
They were courteous and polite.

Replacing the roof went well. Lowes contracts with another company, but they were good. They came in, tore off the old shingles and put on the new and cleaned up well before leaving. Got my roof completed in 2 days. The sales guy at Lowes was very patient with me, I changed my mind on the shingles 2 times. I ended up going with the designer ones. I have gotten lots of compliments on the roof and I love it.

My kitchen and bath person was excellent, but when it came to the flooring department it gat a bit dicey. There was very little communication between their staff. It took a number of people , including the store manager and the K and B department person to sort out the purchase. The products we bought were of good quality, the counter tops were farmed out to Capital Granite, The final product was good, but there was a little confusion. It took the Capital Granite rep. to finalize the problem. I would use Home Depot again, but I will be better prepared to deal with questions at that time.

Everything went well. They communicated when they would deliver the appliance a day ahead of delivery. They called multiple times to let me know a more accurate estimate. They showed up on time and were very efficient with the install and removal.

The store clerk who helped me choose the blinds was super helpful and had a lot of expertise in window blinds. The staff who installed it was courteous and efficient. He solved a problem of a window that wasn't quite squared off and did an excellent job installing the blinds. They are the hit of the neighborhood and great looking. This was the easiest part of the entire project of updating the house and went very smoothly.

Contractor

The people are really helpful and pretty smart about you know don't make tricks of the tray if you happen to get the right person. A lot of their videos online are helpful also. They are professionally awesome. Sometimes I need so much stuff that it just takes time to get people coordinated to get everything together you know and that's really not their problem.

When getting rid of my hunter green laminate counter tops, I wanted a warm neutral counter that incorporated a white sink. The Samsung was perfect for me and was installed in a day, by the contractor arranged by Home Depot (I think he came from Fredericksburg.) All the work went 100% great and I am very pleased with the countertop and Home Depot for choosing this contractor.

From beginning to end this project was done to our complete satisfaction.

The estimate they provided was for $16000. I loved their design. They were professional and polite.

They did a good job. The designer was very helpful and thorough. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. I would recommend them to others.

Their bid was fine. They were professional and punctual, and their estimated price was $4500. I would consider using them in the future.

The estimate they gave me was around $7000 to $8000. They were providing with a good quality window and had a guarantee for the window. The salesperson was less professional than the others who gave me a quote. Their quality is good but the price is high. I am not going to be using them.

It was wonderful. Everything from beginning to end was wonderful. Everything about them was five star. We would go with them again. I would recommend the designer we worked with, Nancy. I would also recommend the installer, Lenny Wheeler.

We had a great designer experience with Nancy Kulik, the HD designer. She helped us pick out cabinets, counter, colors (tiles and paint) and appliances. She completed the detailed design and help to coordinate the sale with all the associated price incentives that were available at the time. HD, did have an installer that was assigned, but we opted for someone personally recommended. I did much of the demo, electrical and rough in plumbing myself. The helper did much of the tile work, cabinet hanging, appliance installation and backsplash work. I completed all the final wiring and lighting. HD took back unopened materials without question.
