The work was completed in only two days and the crew worked nonstop to get it done. The work was flawless and the wall is in top condition now. "I have a very small pond. Harmony cleaned it last year and I was pleased with the work. This year I called for cleaning, and repair. When they came they said I would need a new liner,,, to be installed over the existing. They measured my pond, gave me an estimate based on the possibility that he would have a remnant that would fit. He also gave me an estimate of the cost of a new liner and labor. He confirmed that he had my phone number. Three weeks later when I had not heard back from him, I called. Someone with broken English answered and gave me the run around about not having the remnant. I tried to explain that I had also an estimate of a new liner. No luck with her there either. About two weeks after that I emailed him and asked again about pricing of labor for replacing the liner, and cost differential if I provided the liner. I have not heard back from the company. Based on my first experience with the company I called them again. Based upon the last experience, I would not recommend them for pond maintenance or repair."

We learned that LQS could do so much more for our outdoor space than we thought: Jonathan brought many impressive ideas to the table, and was mindful of our budget. He was very responsive, addressed each concern we had and kept us updated during the week-long project. He was very professional and respectful of our property as he and the team revitalized our old, nonfunctional pond and made it into an oasis, complete with lights, fountains and a waterfall (amazing!). Our patio was cleaned out and renovated -- the area was graded and filled with beautiful pebbles and flowers. He made sure we were happy with the progress at the end of each day. He was diligent and honest throughout, and completed the job on time and on budget -- true to his proposal, no doubt. We used our patio more in the last month than we have in the last 10 years.
