"Kellam made an appointment to do a plumbing maintenance call. Said the tech would be out between 8 and 12 so we remained at home. They didn't arrive so at 1pm I called. Received a text the tech would be there. He arrived around 2pm. When we bought the tankless water heater they told us that with the maintenance agreement they would come out each year, check it out and flush the system. Apparently the new owners decided that doing the flush with the agreement wasn't making enough money, so we were charged $630 to flush the system. Then the tech found a corroded piece that he had to order and would return in 5 days to install it. No show - no call. We have made appts which were cancelled at the last minute. They are no longer reliable or financially friendly. I will NOT do business with them again."

Our core business is kitchen and bath remodeling and all the things that go along with that. We do much more than just cabinets. In addition to fabricating our own cabinets, we do floors, counters, tile, painting, plumbing, electrical etc. We take on the whole project and take the worry away from the customer. We work with customers on design and try to achieve their vision at a cost they can afford. We also do closets, shelving, media centers and any other project that relates to interior remodeling. Do you want to remove a load bearing wall to increase the size of your kitchen? No problem. Do you need a room addition? No problem. Do you just want your existing cabinets refaced or painted? No problem. If a permit is required for you project, we are licensed (VA Contractor's #2705114948). Since every project is unique, I will work up a quote after meeting with you and going over your requirements and the scope of work. On small jobs, I generally require a deposit and bill the balance on completion. On larger jobs, I will set up a payment schedule. I will accept checks, cash or PayPal (you pay fee).

After some cosmetic improvements to our kitchen, powder room, and (ex) wet bar area in 2012, we decided in 2017 to upgrade our master bath, and the result was beyond our expectations (7 pix-) - could not be more pleased! We then, earlier this year/2019, decided to upgrade the guest bathroom (4 pix); convert the old brick/ceramic tile, non-working fireplace (1 pix; gas insert includes backlit/colored pebbles); bar area (1 pix, added wine racks); powder room vanity (1 pix); as well as change the kitchen cabinetry color (from polyurethane golden oak to white/peripheral cabinets, and mint green/island) (2 pix) ... again, outstanding results! Finally, we installed built-in shelving in the FROG (office), with a library ladder - quite pleased! Constant communication on both schedule and cost (on target, no surprises) - will not work with anyone else!. We recommend Neptune unconditionally!"

Said they couldn't do the job until December, but we weren't having any leaks by June, so we went ahead and signed contract, sent in $800 deposit. Well, we ended up buying another house and decided not to have the work done. This was about October. Tried to call Seal-tite several times, always get the "answering service" and they never call back. Finally found the card of the engineer who quoted our estimate, Curt Giantonio. He said too bad so sad for our deposit, and that we had no recourse to get the money back. I realize the contract said the deposit was non-refundable. But the company could have been courteous, understood the situation, and refund my deposit even though legally they don't have to. Instead they've chosen to keep my money for zero services rendered. I could understand them keeping a portion to cover the travel costs of the engineer who came on site to give the estimate, but there's no way that is anywhere near $800. Greedy company that obviously doesn't care about people."
