"Mr Handyman did accept responsibility and we fixed the adjacent pipe and drywall and paid for cleaning of the area rugs. All else was covered by insurance. The actual pipe failure was due to improper installation of the CPVC piping during the building of the house (piping was bent and not teed off at proper 90 degree angles)."
