"He showed up on time and did all my windows in my house. I have 13 windows, and 5 of them needed to be rebuilt from the frame up. One window was missing a screen, another was bent. He cleaned up, and I am very happy with his services. Our windows are a bit old, 15 years old and they looked worn but they now look so much better. A little project like this definitely makes a big impact on the overall look of the house, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone."

"I've had three separate window installation projects from Richmond Window. The first exceeded expectations. The second time, installers failed to check that all the transom windows opened. I discovered that one didn't and RW promptly repaired it. The third time, one of the windows arrive with a damaged piece (purely cosmetic). It took repeated phone calls and four months to finally get the replacement piece installed (less than 5 minutes to actually replace). Service after the sale and initial install needs improvement."

"Stacy was on time and ready to work, he did a great job on cleaning our windows in the sweltering Virginia heat, I must add!! Not a steak on a window. We couldn’t be more pleased with his work. This is the second time he’s cleaned our windows. We’ll definitely have him back."

"HSP was fantastic and I highly recommend them. Cameron and DayDay were responsive, on-time, and well-priced. As they worked, they were efficient, thorough, and organized. They cleaned up and the work was very well done. They were also really kind to my kids. I will definitely be hiring them again."

"Wonderfully from talking to representative, ordering windows and window installment. Windows were installed in one day by a very knowledgeable installer. Hard worker, conscience, courteous and friendly. We would recommend this company to all of our friends."

"Bob Davis did an excellent job replacing a door jamb and frame, and a damaged lock. He was thoroughly professional. I highly recommend his services."

"I needed someone to build some furniture and install some blinds for me, and Terry was the one I reached out to. He responded really quickly and got everything put up and together just as I needed it. He’s very personable and responsive and I have no hesitation calling him again for help!"

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."
