I discovered that one didn't and RW promptly repaired it. The third time, one of the windows arrive with a damaged piece (purely cosmetic). It took repeated phone calls and four months to finally get the replacement piece installed (less than 5 minutes to actually replace). Service after the sale and initial install needs improvement."

"I own an 90-year old historic colonial high school turned into a bed & breakfast. The windows were neglected over the past 20-30 years and in serious demand of work. Modern day window contractors were not going to understand this job. It's very difficult to find a contractor that will come through on a promise and has the skill to do as they boast. The day that Grady stepped into my 90 year-old home that needed historic window restoration, he became a part of the house. He knew exactly what had to be done. More importantly, he understood my expectations. These windows needed special attention. There was a level of detail required that not any expert would be able to handle. Grady took the time to learn their needs and stayed on the job until it was to my satisfaction. He even reworked an entire window just because I didn't like the way that it looked. He replaced broken antique glass with one just as aged and just as historic. If a window had to be completely rebuilt beyond his solid estimate, he did it without any complications to my budget. My windows are not only restored, but they are literally brought back from the past. Any enthusiast will appreciate the lint-seed oil, putty, and antique glass that was all restored to perfection. It was a pleasure having Grady work with us. He even stayed in the house at times to make sure he was available for the job. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
