They were very professional and paid attention to detail during the install to make sure the pantry was a perfect addition to our kitchen and I saved over $600."

"They did a difficult job well. They replaced our old patio with new pavers, expanding it to come to both sets of steps on our deck. They installed new French drains and dried creek bed, going around or under previous drains. They extended the drains from the roof to join the drain to the road. They poisoned and removed invasive plants. Due to the lateness of the year, it is a little too early to see how well the new French drain will work longer term or removal of invasive plants, but it's good so far and it looks good! The price was good and they worked hard and quickly."

"Very easy to set up appointment.  Owner patiently answered all my questions and suggested best configurations.  Technician showed up on time.
I did not rate A for quality because 1) installation technician did not clean up. I had to sweep the garage floor multiple times to remove wire pieces, and most annoyingly, many staples used to secure wires on the wall.  2) although all three doors were tuned during installation, one of them began to have loud squeaking noises after one month.  I finally contacted the company three months after installation about the noise issue.  They sent technicians out on the same day and fixed it for me.

"Tom and Tom were great at all aspects of this project. They came to meet us and discuss the scope of the project, giving us options we could do, and providing quotes for each. Once we selected our project, Tom sent us information on good places to pick out our tile, countertops, fixtures, etc. The work is beautiful - they did 100% of the work themselves over about 2 weeks. It looks exactly how we wanted it, and we haven't found anything even a little bit "off". Actually - there was a valve that was turned around (hot/cold swapped) and they came back and took care of it immediately when we asked. A final note - Tom noticed that our kids' bathroom tub knob/valve was leaking and dripping. He asked if we wanted him to fix it, and then ran out, got the part and replaced it for us for the cost of the part. Great guy and a great plumber/remodeler."

"Excellent! The crew showed up early on the assigned day. They got right to work and took extra care with any plants that surrounded the deck (rose bushes). Also cleaned were any door and step mats. It rained the day they were supposed to do the deck sealant but they did come back without question the next sunny day. Next time it rained the water headed right up! I would hire again.
