Very good work, and reasonably priced."

"Capstone Remodeling completed a full remodel of our 1970’s town home this fall. Stephen worked with us to create a detailed plan and ultimately completed the project on time and within our budget. Our project included the full remodel of our kitchen and four bathrooms in addition to laying new flooring in the basement, drywall repair, lighting installation throughout the home, ceiling fan installation, and window installation. The expert knowledge of Capstone was apparent from our first meeting and continued throughout the project. All of my questions were answered fully and in a timely manner. As to be expected with an older home there were a few “surprises” but Stephen was able to troubleshoot and handle all issues with ease. What could have been an immensely stressful process was made pleasant with all of the support offered. The crew was professional and kept a clean and safe working environment. No detail was spared and skillful craftsmanship led to beautiful results. I cannot speak highly enough of Capstone's service and integrity and would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects."

"My home needed more functional closet space in the master bedroom, and I wasn't sure how to make it work given the space restrictions. I met with a couple of contractors previously, but was most impressed with DiJulio Contracting. The owner, Scott, came out and walked me through some different options that I had never even considered beforehand. He helped me envision the space and also gave me valuable feedback as to the cost implications for each options. A few days later, they sent me over an estimate with a detailed sketch of the two options I liked best, along with estimates for each. It even included some imagery to help me imagine things more clearly. Their pricing was competitive and I decided to hire DiJulio Contracting as I felt most confident and comfortable with them. I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. Their workers were all very courteous, punctual, and most importantly for me, cleaned up each and every day. I am so happy with my new closet and overall the process was very easy. I highly recommend Scott and his team at DiJulio Contracting."

"We hired Total Renovations to finish our basement. They were great to work with. They met all of our needs and worked within our budget. Communication was good, and Russell or Tyron would visit to check the progress and ensure the inspections went well at every step. All work was completed timely, and within the estimated timeline. Any questions or concerns were discussed and addressed. The quality of construction was excellent, even amongst the uneven poured concrete basement foundation walls. The studded walls are all plum and the drywall finish is smooth and clean. The basement remained very clean and tidy throughout the project. No lose materials and the floor was always swept clean. I was impressed with the level of care, even for our relatively small project. I would recommend Total Renovations for any projects and will be holding onto their info for our future projects."
