"Cougar Development did an excellent job creating a living space out of an addition to a home built in 1918. The drywall work was excellent as was the placing of needed electrical outlets and ceiling fan/lighting. Closet space is extremely hard to come by in our neighborhood and Cougar was able to build a 30 sq ft closet that our growing family is able to take advantage of. This room was just a storage space and is now a usable living area after Cougar was done with it. The quality of work for the price I paid was amazing! "We hired Walls to come out and move our hot water heater that was located in our laundry area to another location in preparation of an addition to my laundry room.  In order to move the water heater an old water softener system would need to be removed and disposed of.  The work was completed in one day and everything was cleaned up very nicely when they were done.  Mark and Brian were extremely professional and friendly to work with."

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"I found Sky Home Improvements through Angie's List, and gave them a call.  They returned my call the next day and were prompt in getting to my home to assess the problem and give me an estimate. Dan went up on the roof and took pictures that he showed me to help me understand what was causing the roof to leak and what needed to be done to fix it.  Along with the estimate, Dan gave me a folder which contained Job References, copy of his Contracting License, and a copy of Certificate of Liability Insurance. The following day Dan and Chuck were back and fixed the roof.  They arrived on time, and after they finished the repair, took time to explain again what was done.  Dan and Chuck were extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely call on their expertise for any roofing work that needs to be done in the future."
