"Providing an engineer's opinion and recommendation is not the same as providing sealed plans with applicable calculations and details required for permit application and submittal. Unfortunately, permitting a project can be complex and is an entirely different scope than "analyze a structural issue". Both of which, G-ES can provide (at the appropriate cost). Sorry for the miss-understanding."
