All-N-1 Services IncThis was a large deck renovation, which was like a second story deck renovation due to the grade of our property and the number of stairs involved. We selected Trex Rocky Harbor composite deck boards and Trex charcoal railings. The All-N-1 Team performed premium work, and the deck is beautiful. Every time we go out on the deck, we keep commenting to ourselves, "We love this deck" and "We are so glad we did this." Previously, the deck just stressed us out because we were so worried about some of the old wood deck boards. It is so nice to feel like we can really enjoy the deck now. Working with the All-N-1 Team punctuated this experience with an exclamation point. They worked their tails off, were professional and friendly, used craftsmanship, and the finished product is wonderful. They were efficient, but they did not rush the work, and the result is demonstrative of their methodical/thoughtful approach. We'll call them first for any future needs. The entire process was so wonderful! Ryan, owner, came to the house to understand the project and scope. He had a proposal back to us in no time. He was comparable to another contractor we picked him because he did a great job installed our awning. Remi, who did almost all of the work was AMAZING! He showed up put down covers to protect carpet and floor. His tile work was outstanding. So much attention to detail. I would hire them again to do any project around my house. They worked/partner with great subcontractors who upheld their timeline. I couldn't be happier with the end result

We were moving and needed a quote to get some siding work done fast after the inspection came back. While we ended up crediting the buyer instead of moving forward with the installation, Luke made time to get us a quote in a extremely short turnaround that helped us make some decisions at no cost. Mr. Torres was great to work with. He was very quick to set up a conference and provide me with an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and he was able to get the project done the next week even though he ran into some problems that were no fault of his own. Once the front porch steps were removed from the house, he discovered that the builder had not done a good job. The builder had not tied the steps into the house and had used cross beams that were not wide enough to provide ample support. That was why the steps always felt "spongy". He explained all of this in a way that made sense. He offered several solutions to the problem and when I asked what he thought was the best solution he told me and explained why it would be the best. It all made sense to me. The additional cost for materials and labor was reasonable and he had the steps completed the next day. My front porch feels secure and sturdy. I have no doubt these steps will be here for years to come. Mr. Torres was polite, professional, fair, and made everything easy to understand. I plan on doing some other home improvements in the next 6 months and Mr. Torres will be the person I call.

I first hired Joe Geiger to rebuild the back porch support beams. They were badly rotted to non-existing. He also built hand rails for the back steps and rails for the back porch. I was very impressed with the work so I asked him to rebuild the front porch support beams and repair a few loose bricks in the front steps. He was on time, tidy, and took pride in his work.

Very well. We were informed on a regular basis when the work would start and when the supplies dumpster and other items would arrive. Once everything arrived, the Lonestar staff began the process of removing the old siding and replacing it with the new siding. Partly through the process, the new storm doors were installed. All of this took about 10 days. The staff were very attentive to detail and really took pride in their work. Finally, the new gutters were installed. All in all, a job well done.

Shaun did a wonderful job replacing needed post, strengthening, tightening, and painting step rails and post leading from porch and stoops. He was reliable and worked well to complete the job in a timely way. His personality is pleasing and he is pleasing to talk with about the job he performed. He explained in details what he was going to do before the job and during the job. His price for this job was reasonable. I would hire for other handyman jobs because he does excellent work.
