"The provider didn't show up on Saturday, but after I called that morning, they said that the installer had been trying to call me to reschedule for Sunday...some how they never were able to connect with me, on any of my numbers....So after finding out that they werent going to come on Saturday I carried on...Sunday 8 am came and the tech arrived.  He left at 5pm...I missed a friends gathering because of this, but it needed to be done. (and drilling through the wall was a lot tougher than anyone could have expected). 
So he's hooked up the manual switch and only then do I find out that I can't hook my water heater up to it, and that if i would have spent more on the 10 circuit switch I would have been.  (Had I known, i would have spent the 4oo dollars more to keep the woman happy during power outages, but they never told us that).  My mistake for not asking. 
But the real reason for the job was to connect power to my pool equipment.  The tech ran power to the pool computer system which controls the timer and lights and what have you, but he didn't connect the equipment.  He said he wasn't sure how to do it, which i thought was weird, but I told him not to do it if he didn't know what he was doing...he asked if I did???  He also drilled into the side of the box instead of using the pre-cut electrical cut outs in the bottom...not sure why either...but I didn't complain at that point. 

It took a couple weeks for the company to come back out and finish the job, but they did.  I'm happy with that.  I am happy about the price, and I would use them again.

The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
