"Dave Smith was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and patient. We added new items to our order at the 12th hour and he came back twice to make sure that everything was completed as we desired. We also had Alarm Protection Group secure our office. Dave Smith and Co. make the process very easy-Highly recommended."

"Our dealings with Protect Your Home/ADT were delightful. We received a call back very fast after requesting a quote through Angie's List. We were able to complete everything on the phone; there was no paperwork or downtime. I had to call Customer Service with a question about the keypad, and they ended up telling me other helpful details on top of my original question."

"Very professional, friendly, and did the job in less than 10 minutes. Prompt and was a great communicator! Will definitely be calling him for any of our plumbing and handyman needs. Thank you ANGI"

"Equipment is Self-Installation, which is fine, but the equipment is not very good quality and requiring constant care. Keypad/interface with the main system is not intuitive at all.

"I communicated with Rob Calbo for services of a background check with CSI Secure Solutions and he was fantastic.
He spoke with me in a very professional manner and put me at ease right away.
The process was seamless and my request was delivered very efficiently. Within just a few hours of providing them with information, I was able to get feedback. Rob took the time to speak with me and answered all of my questions.
I will definitely be using them again in the future should the need arise, and I would definitely recommend them as being very efficient, professional and reliable.

"Excellent customer service.  Self-installed security system and called customer service a couple times -- very helpful.

"There were many things wrong in my computer (my fault and letting grandchildren on computer) Robert was so helpful, gave me many good instructions to keep everything safe, which I have written down, feel like I have a new computer. He was so excellent and experienced, took his time and was meticulous about what needed to be done. He was a pleasure to work with and I will use this company again! Linda Disy"

"I can't recommend Ferguson Home Improvements highly enough. Kenny and crew arrived on time and were most pleasant. The work done is perfect. They moved furniture, put down covers, patched the walls where needed and all in all, went overboard. They are the epitome of professionalism. Kenny also does other work such as wallpaper and others. Great company!
