Wolf Hills Restoration LLC

My home was flooded by Helene and Wolf Hills Restoration was hired to make repairs. The work crew were speaking poorly about my wife and I in front of an obvious security camera we have. Several things were installed incorrectly. Thr cabinets Wolf Hills installed were too long.The bathtub was leaking water after incorrect installation and had to be taken out and reinstalled. Now, months later I had a professional plumber look at an issue we are having. He said that all of the plumbing work that Wolf Hills did was done incorrectly. No pipes are vented. The wrong size pipes were used. The shutoff valves for my kitchen sink were installed so that they are not accessible. The plumber said that all of the plumbing has to be redone. Where is the integrity? This company and the employees comments made it clear that our house was never a priority job, but I never expected ALL of the plumbing was done incorrectly. I wish I got the same Wolf Hills Restoration that the other reviewers got.

My house at Claytor Lake in Pulaski County Va. took over 25 feet of water mud and sand. James and his crew were there in 24 hours. His crew arrived a few minutes before James and went straight to work. I have never been more impressed by a group of young men. Very professional and took a lot of pride in their work.

I spent most of a morning calling contractors about coming to check recent water damage in our basement, Wolf Hills Restoration was the only one to return my call. They came out the same day, and were extremely helpful. I would recommend and use again for any future issues!

My experience was different than most. During a storm a tree fell on top of my house. It was a devastating event. Our home was totaled destroyed. Our insurance company along with James and his crew showed up and took control. They worked long and late to get the situation under control. We had a choice of any contractor to actually do the restoration but because of their personal demeanor and professionalism I stayed with Wolf Hills. Iâ  ve been in the construction business in the past and their work and professionalism is second to none. This company quickly built a family atmosphere while still professional doing business. They strived to earn your trust. Their cooperative attitudes, their talents and Christian attitudes was a perfect match. This is why I gave them a 5 star review.

I can’t say enough about Wolf Hills Restoration. I was in tears trying to find someone to repair the water damage to my Mom’s home. After calling three other companies and getting the run around. I had a friend recommend Wolf Hills to me and I am so grateful they did. I called and James arranged to visit my Mom’s home within a day. He examen the damage and promptly prepared a very reasonable estimate. His work was quick and impeccably done. He even helped me deal with an insurance issue. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. There’s definitely something to be said for a local, family owned business that has integrity and takes pride in their work.
