Jeff informed me they still had great integrity and if he were to come in and coat the walls in more cement it would just be an aesthetic band-aid. I was looking to have the walls recoated in cement to make sure that paint would adhere to the walls to make the basement look nicer. He said it was not needed and said he was happy to come out if I ran into problems painting but recommended I go ahead and paint the walls.
