Southwest Virginia Moving and Storage

Poorly! Many items were not cared for or carried correctly and several hundred dollars worth of damage was caused due to their negligence. I was told that the repairs to the damage would be made and they failed to make any repairs or replace anything. We are now in court

They took really good care of everything. When we called them, they responded quickly. They sent out an auditor who looked at everything and made up an estimate that was a good estimate. They picked up everything and took very good care of it. They stored it as long as we needed it to be stored. When it came time to take the pieces they were able to put them in a truck, because they were from my mother's place. Pieces were delivered to different places and they did that quite efficiently, taking care of each piece and making sure each piece was in good condition.

This moving company lost items during the move. They were unable to locate them so I filed a claim. I had purchased full replacement insurance before the move. They are refusing to pay anything for the lost items. They are using some underhanded and conniving method to calculate the value of each item so the amount comes under the deductible, even though I purchase full replacement insurance.

My experience with Southwest was impeccable. Michael was my primary contact for quote through followup and was very professional throughout the process. He assisted me with moving boxes and walked through my quote in detail which I appreciated.
The packers were also extremely professional and diligent in wrapping and handling my property. They were prompt, courteous and did not waste any time getting the job done. I was very pleased with the care taken to ensure my property reached our new home without any damages to property or our homes.
I would use Southwest again without hesitation.

My experience was excellent. The crew was very clean, respectful and made me feel comfortable. We didn't have any issues with getting the work done on time. They came in when they were supposed to and finished when they were supposed to. My husband didn't complain about the price.
