"I called at noon, needing someone to come out that day because we were leaving the next day and would be away for some time, but all the technician were tied up. Made the appointment for the next day, we would leave late to get going. At 4:30 pm the day I called they were able to free up a technician and by 6:30 pm the AC was up and running again... very much appreciated the office working to get someone to us quickly, and our technician Robbie was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient."

"Chad and his workers did an expectional job. They were prompt and efficient. After the install the area was completely cleaned and put back to normal. The product was exatcly as was promised.Thanks again guys for a great job. The mini split A/C is wonderful."

"James is by far the best HVAC guy around! We are super pleased with his fast response and great work. We felt we were in good hands right from the beginning! He was very respectful of the house, extremely knowledgeable, explained things thoroughly, and the cost compared to others that I have hired in the past was very reasonable. I appreciate that he isn’t one of those guys who will immediately try and get you to get a new unit; he will track down and fix problems that others have found difficult, which is the case for us. "Everything turned out well in the end. They had a few problems on the way but they fixed them. We’ve had them out for different things like the furnace, air conditioning and things like that. The main problem this time was, it wasn’t the same person that came out each time. One person made a mistake and then someone else had to come out and fix it. The person who made the mistake should have noticed they were doing something wrong. I don’t know if they were less experienced or if they didn’t pay attention or what it was. When we called and said there was a problem, they did get it corrected. They sent out somebody I guess with more experience and he took care of it. Overall I’m happy and would use them again. They did our furnace several years ago. I haven’t called or compared their prices to anyone. I have talked to friends who have had similar things done and they said the price is probably about right. It wasn’t a very professional way to did it though. I would use their services again in the future."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"All States Air Duct Pro was okay. I wasn't rocket science. It was alright, it ain't like painting a Picasso or nothing like that.My wife had an interaction with them. I will probably not use them again."
