Made the appointment for the next day, we would leave late to get going. At 4:30 pm the day I called they were able to free up a technician and by 6:30 pm the AC was up and running again... very much appreciated the office working to get someone to us quickly, and our technician Robbie was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient."

"We had our ancient oil-fired boiler replaced with a natural gas, modern unit and separate hot water heater. On the one hand, it seemed like anything that could go wrong, did go wrong. On the other, we are very happy with the end result. The reason for my excellent rating is that this company responded to all of the issues quickly and decently. When a water leak under the house and another issue caused us to be without water (and hot water) for a night, they sent us to a hotel and paid for it. The owner, Andy Anderson, is a stand up guy. The (many!) extra pieces of work that had to be done (some possibly caused by the workers, but equally possibly due to old piping in a 96 year old house) were done at no extra cost to us, because he stands by his company, the quality of work, and cares about his company's reputation. If one guy didn't know how to do something, another was sent to deal with it, and make it right. Andy saw to the final check personally, which meant a lot to us- the end result is a perfectly functioning boiler and hot water heater. We would highly recommend this company and we are very happy."
