The next morning, a Sunday, I went on Home Advisor to solicit some quotes. Two hours later, at 830am, Candido Copado from Tiger C was calling! He was at my home in an hour and working with me on a solution to my needs. The Tiger C team was great, and because they are a family owned business, they don't have a huge overhead machine to feed with your money. So, I was able to get an amazing price, and amazing service from a 100% local service provider. His team installed a moisture barrier, installed a new door (which required some masonry work), installed a dehumidifier, sealed the vents, installed some lights + electrical (subcontracted), rerouted some plumbing, and installed about 400sq foot of elevated platform for storage. They were done in four days. I could not have been happier with the final product and the friendly / professional team. Great service, great people, great price, and a great final product. The company handled all permits and scheduling the county inspector to come and clear the job.
