"We can’t say enough good things about Bay Crawlspace. We had Jamie come by for a free consultation and we couldn’t be more pleased. He was patient, kind and very informative. He knew this was a costly project for us and helped us really understand what we needed. The installation crew was phenomenal. The site was never left a mess they even swept areas of the garage that they didn’t mess up. The whole process took about 3 days to complete and we were kept in the loop the entire time. The site supervisor stopped by and talked to us and he also let us know how things were progressing. We needed to have some piping move and they were able to give me a name of a plumber that could do the job quickly so we could continue. "The process went very smoothly.  There were several teams that worked on my project.  The initial workers removed all of the old insulation and trash left under the house during construction, and cleaned the joists.  Later a perimeter drain system was installed, and the final job was to insulate the foundation perimeter and install the vapor barrier.  

All the work was done in a professional manner and the workers were all very courteous.  They were on time and on budget."

"All the down spouts were aimed and the front yard and the water was washing the dirt wash away and making gullies. They buried all the downspouts. Then the made a cute stone rain garden. We've only had 2 small rains, but it seems to be working well. The workers were careful, professional and friendly. We were excited about the results."
