He knew this was a costly project for us and helped us really understand what we needed. The installation crew was phenomenal. The site was never left a mess they even swept areas of the garage that they didn’t mess up. The whole process took about 3 days to complete and we were kept in the loop the entire time. The site supervisor stopped by and talked to us and he also let us know how things were progressing. We needed to have some piping move and they were able to give me a name of a plumber that could do the job quickly so we could continue. "Virginia Foundation Solutions We had the Gray Team finished at our home yesterday. Our house had uneven floors and felt soft in places. Once diagnosed, what was necessary was explained. No hard sales pitch. Had several contractor companies give us a bid. Virginia Foundation Solutions was not the cheapest. They werenâ t the most expensive either. What they did was more than any of the companies offered. Back to the Gray Team or should I call them the A Team. John, Max, Juwan, Trevor & Robbie were all very professional and polite. "The process went very smoothly.  There were several teams that worked on my project.  The initial workers removed all of the old insulation and trash left under the house during construction, and cleaned the joists.  Later a perimeter drain system was installed, and the final job was to insulate the foundation perimeter and install the vapor barrier.
