"I needed some crawlspace work done, and I originally reached out to a big name company. They took 3 weeks just to get someone on site to look at my crawlspace, and then they didn't show up. The next morning, a Sunday, I went on Home Advisor to solicit some quotes. Two hours later, at 830am, Candido Copado from Tiger C was calling! He was at my home in an hour and working with me on a solution to my needs. The Tiger C team was great, and because they are a family owned business, they don't have a huge overhead machine to feed with your money. So, I was able to get an amazing price, and amazing service from a 100% local service provider. His team installed a moisture barrier, installed a new door (which required some masonry work), installed a dehumidifier, sealed the vents, installed some lights + electrical (subcontracted), rerouted some plumbing, and installed about 400sq foot of elevated platform for storage. They were done in four days. I could not have been happier with the final product and the friendly / professional team. Great service, great people, great price, and a great final product. I am definitely going back to Candido for my next project."

They were pleasant to talk with and patiently answered all of my questions. They were very clear about what they were doing and why they were doing it. "We recently hired Shamrock Chimney to repoint the brick walls on both of our bay windows and our front steps. We also had them perform a safety inspection and cleaning of our gas fireplace. Mr. Juan Ortiz was the company representative, and we found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The repointing took approximately 7½ hours, and the results were exceptional. They carefully removed the old mortar, and the new mortar was matched perfectly to the existing brickwork. The bay window walls look like new again! They also completed a thorough safety inspection of our gas fireplace and did an excellent job cleaning the glass and fireplace. "Installed early January. They were wonderful. We are fairly new to Virginia and this area. We weren't sure who to trust, with not having friends in the area. This company was wonderful. One of the owners came out for the initial estimate. Agreeing to the good price and timeline, we had it installed 2 days later. The other owner handled the contracts and scheduling. Easy to communicate with and very quick to respond and answer all of my questions. Very prompt and professional tradesmen. More clean then I had expected. They remove both outdoor units and the pads, put in new level pads, removed old electrical from one side of the house, installed new electrical lines, removed condensate lines and replaced with new, replaced old gas furnace and made new custom duct work in the garage to be up to code, then did the same to the upstairs electric furnace and AC. They also widened the downstairs duct work at the intake vent, fixed a broken vent and reattached fallen ductwork in the crawl space. The original owner came back out to inspect the work and make sure we were completely satisfied with the units and install. Very happy with everything. Will continue to use their company for years to come. Highly recommended."
