"Nora and her team have provided reliable housecleaning service to my 4000 sq ft home weekly for six years. I have recommended her to all my close friends and family. Nora tailors her service to the priorities of each client. She rises to the challenge of my large home with three children and a home office. I entertain regularly, so reliable service is essential. I am also very protective of my home, my children, and my office. As is unavoidable in her business, Nora sometimes has turnover in her staff, but when someone new joins the team, Nora trains them thoroughly on my individual preferences and requests. At one point years ago, I had an issue with one team member not being as super-careful as Nora. I raised the issue with Nora and she gracefully handled the concern, reassigning the cleaner to other homes without any fuss. I don't give my trust automatically, but Nora has earned it."
