"Don Jenkins and his team did an excellent job removing dead trees, thinning out smaller trees, and eliminating vines and choking undergrowth from an overgrown 1/2 acre area. He was professional, punctual, and did exactly what he promised to do, He charged a reasonable price for a 2 1/2 day, four-man job that produced six truckloads of wood-chips. The area is dramatically improved and will be easy to maintain. I highly recommend Limb 2 Limb Tree Service for similar projects."

"Fantastic Job!!! We moved in 2003 and haven't cleaned the outside. It was pretty bad. It looks like new. My expectations were exceed by a lot. Check out the before and after. This is how it should be done. They responded fast. They had a fair price. They showed up on time and got right to it, knocked it out. I would recommend him 100% and would hire this company back in a heartbeat."

"I have hired Jason to power wash the house and the Vinyl Fencing around my property every two years and he does a great job always. He is both professional and a friendly person. He is very easy to work with him because he is accommodating to the customer wishes. I request additional tasks to the existing work and he made the changes without any complains and the extra cost that occurred as result was always fair. Southern Comfort Home Solutions is one of the best power wash company out there and I have recommend him to my neighbors in my neighborhood all the time."

"Although we caught Steve and Jason Swingle at a convenient time on their schedule, the speed of their response to our inquiry was amazing.  We called Steve at 10:30; he was at our house by 11:00, and we agreed to his estimate by 11:15.  It turned out that Jason planned to finish another job that morning, so we arranged for him to do ours that same afternoon.  He arrived shortly after 1:00.  We were extremely impressed by his thoroughness.  We had neglected our patio for several years, and grit and grime had worked deeply into the brick.  Jason did at least three full wash applications, at the end of which the brickwork looked nearly as good as new.  He also provided some useful suggestions for maintenance.
This was first-class work, supported by first-class customer service.  We highly recommend this father-son team

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Soda-blasting systems are slightly more expensive than sandblasting systems. To soda blast, you’ll need to spend a few hundred dollars for a blast hose and nozzle, a compressed air supply, a blast generator, a moisture decontamination system, and sodium bicarbonate media, a recurring cost because the powder is not reusable. To start with sandblasting, you will need to spend upwards of $30 for a blast pot, a blast gun, an air compressor, and sandblasting media, many of which are recyclable—further reducing the cost. The total cost for either will depend on the size of the system.

Because these two systems have different applications, there is no definitive answer to which is better. When working with sturdy materials, sandblasting is cheaper and faster, but more delicate projects require soda blasting. Before choosing either option, consider your specific needs, particularly your ultimate goal (cleaning, removing rust, prepping for painting, etc.), the material, and your budget.

Regular sealing and repainting help maintain the restored surface’s durability.

Seal joints, clean debris regularly, and address cracks promptly to maintain appearance and stability.

Yes, many professionals use dustless or water-based blasting methods for reduced environmental impact.
