"I was between tenants in my rental house and the tenant that just left had done very little yard work, I was looking to get the house sparkling clean in short order so I could find a new tenant.  Given my timeline and situation they squeezed me in what normally would be a 6 week waiting period for work like this, I am sure a few extra bucks were added on the estimate to do so (time vacant is money lost in the rental world so it was worth it).  They ended up using a leaf vacuum to get up the leaves, it was 2 tall trailer loads of leaves. They had 2 guys working 2 full days on the leaves and brush, another couple shorter visits to get the bushes trimmed.  All and all it took about 2 weeks from the day they came to do the estimate to finishing the job (they were not there every day). They even worked with me to get the worst of it done as quickly as possible so I could get the house on the market as they were finishing the job.

"JB Lawncare did a wonderful job trimming and shaping my 25 foot Nellie Steven’s holly tree that grows at the front corner of my house. The upper part of the tree hadn’t been trimmed in years and it’s branches were getting too close to the house. JB and his assistant did exactly what I wanted, shortened the tree and shaped it appropriately so that it’s ready for the new Spring growth to fill it out. He is fairly new at running his business, is reasonably priced, and a good worker. I definitely recommend him for residential landscaping needs."
