"The repair to the shutoff valve was straight forward and was done quickly and professionally.  The bathtub repair was more involved beacuse they had to cut into the plywood floor from the basement access panel and then remove the drainage pipe which was cracked. They made the repair and there have been no further problems. Techniction was friendly, explained what needed to be done and went over the pricing before starting work. They have standard charges for each type of service which appear a little on high side but the price is the price no matter what it takes so if it is very quick you may feel overpriced but if they take a lot longer you don't pay more. 
I previously had purchased their Diamond Service which insured same day response and a discount on services which was applied in this case.  They also do annual free inspections as part of this service.

"The technician who came to do the tune-up did all that was needed to do.
However, I noticed that he did not use the usual protective shoe covering that I always see other technicians use, and he went about my house to get water for the furnace from the kitchen sink, and to the area where I have the thermostat without asking for permission from me (after the first time he asked me where the thermostat was).  I was very particular about this and I want to be asked what he needed and what he was doing.  I wanted to know why he would suddenly go upstairs while I was downstairs in the basement with him where the furnace was.  That made me uneasy.
Also, when I asked him what he was doing, when I saw him pouring water into the furnace, I found his response a little curt, when I know I have the right to know what the technician would be doing, after all, this is my property.  This has been my good experience with the other technicians I have hired to work on different things at my house.  This technician did not seem to want to bother to explain to me what he was doing or even why he was going about my house, shoes and all.
Even right when he came in, and I told him that I had the pilot light turned off, because that was the recommendation of the previous technician who serviced my furnace, he immediately told me that it would have damaged something in the furnace and that this might cost me more for him to do anything with it, and that I would not even save much on doing that.  I must say, I saved a lot of money during the summer just by doing this, but we went into an unnecessary discussion about that savings.  I actually had to do my own research later to find out if what he was saying might be true, but could not find any.  In fact, I saw a number of suggestions to actually turn it off during the summer for gas cost savings.
In fairness, he did do the tune-up, opened up and cleaned the furnace, took a little while to get the pilot light turned on, but managed to do it.  He made some recommendations for the heating system.
