They had an emergency, so they didn't arrive in the designated time slot (1-4pm), however, 2 guys showed up to locate, dig and expose the septic tank cover in readiness for draining the tank. Had to call and find out if they would still be coming to drain the tank, which they did (at 8pm). So they honored the date. All 4 staff members very pleasant and polite. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor.
