"CALL THESE GUYS FIRST! We have a drain in our basement that has overflowed for years. It's finicky and the problem comes and goes depending on the activity. We recently decided to fix it once and for all- we had THREE Rooter companies come out and all three provided different 'solutions'. Rooter-Man was the ONLY company to spend the time to determine the problem, test their theories and work tirelessly until the pipe was cleared out. The other companies had me prepared to spend TEN THOUSAND dollars with them to trench a new line in our backyard. Shane from Rooter-Man was honest, professional, nice, hardworking and knowledgeable. "I was extremely impressed with the very fine service I recieved from J.E.S. Foundation Repair, Salem, Va. They installed a French drain behind my house and across a portion of my yard in Oct. 2021. They were very professional and courteous from the rep they sent to assess the situation to the very efficient appointment updates as to when they would start the job. The crew called ahead when they were on the way and arrived right on time and also finished the job on time.
