8/12/15: Repairs:  all bathroom faucets, toilets, shower fixtures, & kitchen faucet with new parts.  Also, replaced broken outdoor spigots. Afterwards, double checked my list; asked us to check each repair to be sure all working fine. The repairs were fine.   Cost of the repairs equaled the estimate amount.  Very quiet-- didn't know he was working--  my cats did not hide!   
8/17/15:   Follow-up visit.   answered all our additional questions.  no charge. 
We used Fluvanna Plumbing Service in 2012--  replaced garbage disposal.  Still working fine.  
8/17/15:  Definitely will use FPS in the future.
