A five-man crew arrived right on time, were dressed appropriately for their work, and were very polite throughout. The few questions we had during the installation were answered thoroughly and with genuine concern for our satisfaction. Once the work was completed, the crew completely cleaned the work area, made sure we were satisfied with the installation, and departed. Mr. Reynolds came by for a post-installation inspection and we gave him the balance for the work performed. A very pleasant experience."
