Prior to installation of downspouts the crew discussed placement and color options with me and explained their planned approach for the underground piping. I was very impressed that installers would take the time and show the concern to engage with the home owner at the time of installation to verify that the placement and color were satisfactory. After the gutter installation a heavy rainstorm tested the system and resulted in a few minor leaks that the contractor promptly resolved. All ground work was leveled and shrubbery returned to the flower beds. Exterior Waterproofing Experts performs excellent work and engages with the home owner like no other contractor that I have experienced. I can highly recommend them for all drainage work based on my experience."

"We had a basement waterproofing issue. Shopped around a couple of companies. With the best rating on google, and with good reason, Best Buy Waterproofing was our choice. Rob was knowledgeable, diligent, patient and open towards our questions and concerns. Best experience I had with any company rep to date. He came out twice to our place (once the first time to look at the issue, second before he took the work to make sure we all are on the same page.) And then he was there before the work was started to make sure all of us were on the same page. The crew that came out (Darwin, Juan, Raul, Hammie, Chilo) were very careful about their work, respectful, and meticulous. They plastic sealed the work area to prevent dirt, and broom cleaned the area after they were done. Even after the work was done and the transaction was completed, Rob came out to check the work and to make sure it was up to his standard. He olso brought with him the mold treatment up on my request and took care of that as well. Thank you Rob! I highly recommended Best Buy."

"I could not recommend DES enough! If you have any kids related to keeping your house, safe from water, you must talk to Mark Lane. We had four contractors assess and recommend solutions. All of them were more expensive and none gave us the confidence he did. The work was done under the time estimated and for the exact amount of the quote. Mark came three times to check on progress, and even gave us some groundcover to plant for holding the new soil in place. We recommended our neighbor have DES repair his drainage and water intrusion issue and he was extremely satisfied as well!"

"I hired Alex three years ago to stop the water from coming into our Florida room. After going threw four other contractors he was the only one that took care of the problem. Now we hired him again 7/19/18 to take care of the water coming into our basement. He sent out Tyrik, Corey, Nathan, Casey J;mony, Cody and Joe.
