"I'm happy to pay for a service charge for them to size the chimney for the new cap but they performed a chimney sweep that was completely unnecessary and of course we were promptly billed for it. I have pictures showing the sweep was totally unnecessary. They were at my home for 20 minutes and it cost me $155!
