My wife spent 10 minutes talking to them, they stated they had no business cards, they only had an appointment card but didn't present it. Honestly when you show up at someone's house you need some sort of identifier if your walking door to door in casual clothes. After the uncomfortable dead stare through the windows my wife and i have decided to post a No Solicitors sign. They didn't take no for an answer at first, pushing with more questions to circumvent the no she gave, as well as interrupted our dinner, as they showed up right at 6pm."

I basically had to project manage their team for them to make sure they had everything covered. We should have gone to Pella instead. Incidentally, Pella were very interested in our horrible experience with Richmond Window Corporation when I spoke with them recently. Apparently it’s not the first time they’ve heard complaints like this."
