"The technician arrived 15 minutes early, which was greatly appreciated. After getting some details about my lights, and evaluating my additional request to fix the wiring in my HVAC unit, he provided and estimate for the additional task, and got right to work.  Luckily, he had the wire I needed in his vehicle, so after he replaced the 4 exterior lights, which was pretty quick, he spent the majority of the time correcting the wiring issue in my HVAC and testing out the fix.
All in all, he was professional and did a great job.  I had the $99 for $200 worth of service coupon. If I hadn't made the additonal request to fix the HVAC wiring, all I would have to use for the visit would have been the coupon.  My approximate cost of service, includes the coupon.
I would definitely use this company again.

"When they inspected my chimney they discovered that my chimney was was never rebuilt correctly, they took pictures that showed mortar was only partially applied and there were cracks . They filled in and sealed what was needed. They also advised me to have my chimney cleaned after burning a cord of word. They offered a warranty on their work and will keep a record of what was done with the pictures. I was pleased especially after I have had more the a few companies clean my chimney and even had one iinstall an insert and no one ever mentioned the condition of my chimney.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
