They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. "Cougar Development did an excellent job creating a living space out of an addition to a home built in 1918. The drywall work was excellent as was the placing of needed electrical outlets and ceiling fan/lighting. Closet space is extremely hard to come by in our neighborhood and Cougar was able to build a 30 sq ft closet that our growing family is able to take advantage of. This room was just a storage space and is now a usable living area after Cougar was done with it. The quality of work for the price I paid was amazing! "The CHW Tech was unable to connect the air condition to the Nest thermostat because it was not registering but he was able to provide us with cool air until the previous HVAC company was able to come and fix the system the next day. I had to pay the CHW Tech for the entire service but was reimbursed by the original company that installed the furnace because they knew that this was their error."

"2 gentleman from Walls Construction and Handyman came out and cleaned gutters thoroughly. While there they did free roof inspection and found that 2 roof boots were cracked. They notified me and I told them to go ahead and repair them. They are one of the most outstanding companies I have ever had come out and do work on my house. Greg Maratto was very polite, experienced and just an over all joy. The office staff was also very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend using this company for any of your construction/handyman needs.
