I have used Kelly for many years, both in my home and at my business. He has always been very professional and friendly. Kelly has done electrical, plumbing and air/heat issues for me and he has always come through and with the best price. He uses my American Home Shield with no issues. I called him because my home air conditioning was not working and on a Saturday morning he came knocking on my door to tell me it was fixed and I didn't even know he was there. He charged me nothing to do this and on a Saturday? That's a good company in my book. I would recommend him all day long.

Worked on furnace three times, three different issues but none fixed the heat. With temperatures in the twenties, an electric heater is not enough, especially from a government contractor job. He had a five hundred budget which he used for $150 labor dollars, 2 $38 switches and a thermostat. Do not use this company, I find it unprofessional to call clients crackheads living off the government when someone is disabled and threaten to fight my disabled husband,

He had a detailed price sheet on several different units in various price ranges. Prices included parts and labor. I was able to choose based on name brand and to meet my budget. The unit came with very good manufacturer's warranty. They were prompt and installed on the date promised. They completed the work in one day, were neat and considerate of my personal property. They were very professional and friendly. I have been very pleased both with the product and the installation.
