"Received a call from Parrish Services. We spoke for almost 30 minutes on the phone plus using a video app I was able to stream to him my home heating system. Based on my situation and the current installed oil heating system I would be wasting money trying to change to a new electric system. He indicated the system installed was a top of the line efficient system. After the conversation I let him know I appreciated his honesty and input. That input included having to upgrade electrical panel etc.. Bottom line.. Found Parrish to be honest, bottom line answers yet willing to work with you on what you want done. "The salesman missed the first appointment scheduled for 10:00 April 23 - received call from officie at 9:10 He had emergency.scheduled next appointment for April 28 at 10:00 and salesman showed  20 minutes late. He got stuck in traffic.
Salesman was very honest about the deal I had purchased the 6 landscaping lights for $649. I could take the deal but I would be calling again to add additional lights. His ideas were right on and what type of lights and where to put them. The job was scheduled for May 6 and it would take 2 days. They called to say they could come out earlier and they did and installed all of the lights in a day and a half. The lights look great and one of the lights went out just a few weeks ago and I called and they were out the next day. There is a 5 year warranty on the lights.

"Carlos did a great job with wiring our new screened porch with outlets and lights. He also was happy to provide extra service not part of the contract: e.g moving a heavy patio table. Highly recommend him."

"He was not able to fix the light fixture, but he took it down so that I could take it to a lamp shop.  He changed the outlet, which didn't need to be fixed necessarily and placed the boxes in upside dow.  The dimming controls works opposite. When the light increases, the dim switch slides down instead of up. Simple things, that could have been done the correct way.

( I think he could build anything) He came out, looked over the site and putting our ideas together he and his crew began work in a matter of days. All the men conducted themselves in a professional manner, and I have to add that the temperature was nearing 100 degrees. The quality of the work was exceptional and I can't wait for my next project. I now have a beautiful 3 season porch that I can welcome family and friends and also entertain in. Love it! "We were generally pleased with the work that was done with the attic fan installation. The job was big and messy. Because of my plaster ceiling the edges around the fan need to be repaired. I was not told about this and because of my lack of knowledge I was not aware that I would be left to repair the ceiling. Other than that they did a great job. I am looking to bring them back to install ceiling fans in the bedrooms."
