" I am paid more than 80k to redo my pool house located in Mclean, VA. The pool never worked. Always green. Every time you call, they will send one cleaning crew for 180$, but the answer from them was that the pool will be better after a few days. After a few days, the pool is green, and you call again, and they will say our pool needs multiple cleanings, and they will do various cleanings and send various invoices. When cleaning, they say the pool will improve in a few days. After a few days, if you call to ask why the pool is green, they will say it's one more service. This pool was reconstructed, and the same company did the plumbing and machines. Please be careful when hiring this company complete rip-off. After ripping off, they will say customers do not know anything about the pool. This is the value they will give to the customer who paid around 80k "

"They completed the work. A second crew came and corrected the first persons disaster. They fixed the issue with no additional cost to me thankfully but it did take longer to complete. We have since still been using Millennium for their bi-weekly cleaning service that includes open/close for 4 years now. "

They recently moved my pool equipment due to the construction of an addition and also added a pool heater. They also poured a concrete walkway and pool equipment pad. The owner, Jay, was always willing to meet with me and my construction folks often on short notice to verify pool conduits and discuss mutual issues during excavation and construction of the addition. The above work was extremely professional. Jay, is very personable and friendly and responsive to issues as they arise. His team is very hard working and dedicated. It is hard to find a personal touch much these days but a pleasure to have his company maintain my pool and help with concrete work. I highly recommend without reservation!"

Erik traveled all the way from Delaware to Maryland to service my pond, which was having persistent issues with murky water. For the issues that couldn't be addressed that day, Erik provided me with helpful suggestions on how to finish the job myself. While I initially found the price a little high, after seeing the fantastic results, answering my many questions (including a few the following day), and delivering on everything he promised, I can confidently say he earned every cent. If you're looking for quality service, prompt responses, and impressive results, I highly recommend First State Ponds. Erik and his team are truly top-notch."
