Joe the owner of Shark Polls LLC was exceptional in providing a quote for a replacement pool liner for my inground pool in a timely manor. The quoted price was very competitive with other larger pool companies in the Lexington North Carolina area. I selected Shark Pools LLC because Joe the owner is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable about pool liner replacement but most of all he cares about the customer and is willing to provide exceptional service beyond what you expected to do the job correctly the right way. Upon the removal of the original pool liner Joe indicated that the base floor was in very bad conditions and needed to be relined with new Vermiculite. This was very important extra work that was added to the overall cost but well worth it to maintain the warranty of the pool liner and get the maximum life span out of the liner. Joe and his employee Larry worked very hard under some extremely hot & humid weather conditions but they were true professionals and finished the job when I needed it to be completed. I recommend Shark Pools LLC with 5 Stars and my personal thanks to Joe for recommending to me to get the premium upgraded liner as it makes the pool simmer in the day and moon light. Joe came out and measured and gave us a quote for our pool liner installation. Ordered and was out the next week with it. Drained our pool and repaired the walls, installed the liner all in 2 days. Joe and his crew were very professional and did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend. Went above and beyond to make sure our pool was up and running with a beautiful pool liner.
